Our Service
Independence Support Services LLC will provide service as a licensed residential habilitation community home for individuals with an intellectual disability Under 55 Pa.Code Chapter 6400.
Specialist at your service
The primary level of care will adhere to the individual service plan and be implemented by the direct care workers. In addition to direct care workers, we also staff a registered nurse and behavioral specialists who are readily available to support the consumer with their medical, behavioral and mental health needs.

It will consist of 24 hour high quality programming and overall care in a safe and therapeutic environment that enriches and empowers individuals for success.
Our Practice
Our daily interactions with the individual, family members and significant others will be based upon the principles of everyday life; reinforcing the goals of independence, shared decision-making and effective communication. We prioritize integrating into the community, accessing and utilizing all relevant resources available is ongoing and necessary to build a strong sense of self.
